Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile and verify account entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze and prioritize invoices for payment, managing vendor expectations and resolving any discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform three-way matching on invoices to ensure accurate payment
  • Provide support and training to fellow team members on accounts payable processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably with JD Edwards experience
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
