The Logistics Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating and overseeing operational functions aimed at enhancing efficiency across the supply chain. This position is dedicated to ensuring that we consistently deliver success for both our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Operations team, including the production staff, plant management, and general management.
  • Utilize the Chempax (Datacor) system to effectively monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Generate batch tickets from the Datacor system and accurately receive them into inventory upon completion of production.
  • Responsible for the printing and oversight of finished goods labels.
  • Collaborate with the production team to manage inventory cycle counts and perform necessary inventory adjustments.
  • Assist with special projects as required.
  • Process and receive purchase orders weekly in coordination with customer service for production needs.
  • Oversee inventory for shop supplies and packaging materials for finished products.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of both paper and electronic documents.
  • Manage Certificates of Analysis (COAs), including editing, organizing, and requesting as needed.
  • Engage with Customer Service daily regarding Bills of Materials and other necessary documentation and processes.
  • Coordinate all logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Respond to inquiries via calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain customer files in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Keep information on the company intranet current and up to date.
  • Exemplify and promote the culture, values, and principles of Addipel, part of Barentz.
  • Participate in ongoing personal development initiatives.
  • Fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in supply chain management, operations coordination, or inventory administration.
  • At least one year of experience in production planning, modeling, or optimization.
  • Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and independently resolve conflicts.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities, including data entry and multitasking.
  • Self-driven, energetic, adaptable, creative, responsible, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication throughout the organization.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct in all professional relationships, aligned with the values and strategies of Addipel, part of Barentz.
