We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Jennifer Kenna Home Selling Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all paperwork and documents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate appointments and walkthroughs with clients and agents.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach events to promote our brand.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and database management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Real estate license a plus.
