Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Document Review Specialist to join our team at Mortgage Connect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing documents for accuracy and ensuring compliance with state and county recording requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify the correct state and county recording fees are being collected
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Prepare checks to be sent with recordable documents to the correct state and county for recording
  • Maintain accurate records and logs
  • Complete necessary reporting, including QuickBooks software

Requirements
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
