Job Title: Speech Pathologist or Clinical Fellow

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to join our team at Arc Jefferson - St. Lawrence. As a Speech Pathologist or Clinical Fellow, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to individuals with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with communication disorders.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication needs and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York.
  • Experience working with individuals with communication disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
