Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with individuals of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their communication goals.
- Provide therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and tools.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to support client success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language goals.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus.
