Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed performance measures
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client experiences
  • Manage inventory levels, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales processes
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
