Job Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator

At ITA Group Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and productive work environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging among our team members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to team members and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Coordinate and implement workplace initiatives and programs that promote a culture of service, support, and community.
  • Collaborate with facilities teams to ensure a safe, functional, and inspiring workspace that meets the needs of our team members and guests.
  • Represent ITA Group Inc as an ambassador, projecting a consistent image of professionalism and integrity while demonstrating superior service and customer care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with team members, guests, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or two (2) years' experience in a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
  • Strong work ethic, commitment to professionalism and integrity, and effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to think/react to challenging situations quickly without compromising professionalism.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and respond to external and internal customers' needs in a timely manner.
