Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. As a key member of our front office support team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and personalized experience for our patients, ensuring seamless clinic flow, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding patient care and build lasting relationships through effective communication and empathy.
  • Maximize clinic efficiency by scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring timely check-ins.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, serving as a trusted resource for patients and clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure every patient visit is a positive experience, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Meet face-to-face with new and existing patients to discuss treatment programs, financials, and answer questions.
  • Utilize computer programs such as ECW, Hubspot, and Quest to manage patient data, scheduling, and communication.
  • Monitor patient progress, follow up on missed appointments, and address any deviations from treatment plans.
  • Order medication and supplies according to clinic protocols, maintaining accurate inventory counts.
  • Stay organized, prioritize tasks, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Exceptional people skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in EMR, Microsoft Office, Hubspot, and scheduling/texting platforms.
  • Above-and-beyond customer service, with a focus on patient satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Previous sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
