Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Door/Bell Attendant to join our Front Desk team. As a key ambassador of our hotel, this role requires exceptional knowledge and service skills to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a warm, welcoming demeanor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests, including:
  • Greeting guests upon arrival, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring a smooth transition to their room.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the Front Desk area.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physical mobility, with the ability to lift up to 150 pounds and stand for long periods.
