Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team at KW Larchmont in Los Angeles. As a key member of our commercial real estate division, you will be responsible for leasing and selling commercial properties, including retail spaces, investment properties, and development opportunities.

Your success will be driven by your ability to manage multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment. You will receive lead referrals from our top residential agents and teams, providing valuable opportunities to grow your business.

In this role, you will benefit from continuous mentoring and coaching to ensure your success. With commission-based earnings, you will have the potential to earn a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $165,000 at plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and show commercial properties to potential clients
  • Analyze local real estate market data to provide financial information and insights to clients
  • Inspect properties thoroughly to identify any necessary repairs or improvements
  • Research local market trends and provide expert advice to clients
  • Negotiate sales and leases on behalf of clients

Requirements:

  • Valid real estate license
  • Proven sales and marketing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with local real estate market and industry practices
