We are currently looking for a Senior Accountant to become an integral part of our Accounting team, primarily working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll processing and invoicing for management fees.
  • Conduct month-end accruals and journal entries.
  • Oversee coding modifications and approval of invoices, along with generating data-driven reports.
  • Download and reconcile large data sets with source files.
  • Assist in cash posting for client receivables.
  • Handle full cycle Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate processing of transactions in PeopleSoft.
  • Receive, code, and enter vendor invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Generate and distribute Accounts Payable reports.
  • Identify and report any issues related to accounts payables in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team to support various accounting projects.
  • Engage in ad hoc reporting and analysis for clients.
  • Assist the Accounting Team and Manager with various accounting projects and special assignments.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Experience in full cycle Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demonstrated attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to new systems; prior experience with PeopleSoft is advantageous.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • A commitment to client service and a strong work ethic.
