About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join our team at Invoke Staffing. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in developing accurate budgets and overseeing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed estimates by utilizing historical data from previous projects
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure correct field methods and total knowledge of the project
  • Stay up-to-date on local material, labor, and equipment costs
  • Oversee and track labor on each project, including subcontracts and internal labor sources
  • Provide timely and accurate deliverables, including verification of completed work
  • Manage and develop team members to ensure proper growth within the organization
  • Represent our client in all aspects, especially in relation to standard site operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management with substantial estimating background (2+ years as assistant estimator)
  • MBA is a plus
  • Experience in marketing, sales, or client development and relations
  • Must have experience working for a commercial drywall subcontractor or self-performing GC
  • Demonstrated ability to produce in a high-pressure environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed goals with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated
