Job Overview:
As a Facility Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and installing various systems and structures across our locations. Your primary focus will be on facility maintenance, not vehicle repair.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical:
- Install new equipment and fixtures
- Move electrical outlets and switches to improve safety and efficiency
- Repair and replace interior and exterior lighting systems
Plumbing:
- Replace or repair toilets and sinks
- Move or repair water lines to ensure proper drainage
- Perform sink repairs and maintenance
General Maintenance:
- Repair doors, cabinets, windows, and locks to ensure a secure and comfortable environment
- Ceiling and wall construction and repairs (stud and concrete)
- Drywall repair and installation to maintain a safe and healthy workspace
- Painting and finishing to enhance the appearance of our facilities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or construction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for team communication and task updates
- Valid driver's license to operate a company vehicle
