Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing treatment plans to improve the quality of life for patients with serious illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with serious illnesses
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient needs are met
- Document patient information and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
- Board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- Current medical licensure
