Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and optimize distribution network operations, including routing, fuel efficiency, and labor hours
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintain a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with regional sales personnel and customers to exceed customer standards and drive sales growth
  • Manage regional operations to meet or exceed budgetary goals, including sales, operating costs, and EBITDA
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5-6 years of recent experience in the Last-Mile service industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to employees, managers, and customers
  • Proficient in computer programs such as Google Mail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel on a regional basis (approximately 50% of the time)
