- Interface with regional sales personnel and customers to ensure customer standards are exceeded, managing regional operations to ensure budgetary goals are met or exceeded in relation to sales, average selling price, operating costs, safety, and EBITDA.
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5-6 years of recent experience in the Last-Mile service industry, leading a team in multiple sites across North America with a heavy customer touch in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to effectively motivate a team to perform to exceed goals and targets, and manage directionally.
- Proficient in computer programs such as Google Mail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Map Point, and Outlook.
