Job Description:

The Executive Support Specialist will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, and maintaining complex calendars. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a keen eye for detail.

This role also involves managing high volumes of email, drafting correspondence, and filtering important information for the executive departments. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to organize team meetings, town halls, or vendor engagements, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Expertise: Managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, and prioritizing time-sensitive engagements.
  • Communication Management: Handling high volumes of email, drafting correspondence, and filtering important information for the Executives departments.
  • Event Coordination: Organizing team meetings, town halls, or vendor engagements, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED equivalency required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience handling administrative responsibilities (a bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for 2 years of required work experience).

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
