We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Rollins. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Prepare and maintain customer files, including documentation and billing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
