Position Overview:

Full Time - Monday to Thursday, or Monday to Friday - 5.30am to 2pm

Bellingham Comprehensive Treatment Center is a leading facility offering medically supervised medication-assisted treatment for adults aged 18 and older. Our mission is to support recovery from addictions to opioids, including heroin and prescription painkillers, through effective medications like methadone and comprehensive counseling services. Our dedicated team of professionals, including physicians, nurses, and counselors, is committed to providing exceptional care to every individual seeking to heal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients in accordance with training and qualifications.
  • Perform physical examinations for patients undergoing medication maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to physician medication orders and collaborate with supervising physicians as necessary.
  • Evaluate patient care and modify treatment plans based on outcomes, diagnostic results, and patient feedback.
  • Provide education to patients and staff regarding medication maintenance protocols.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF Standards, and clinic policies.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in behavioral health or substance abuse treatment settings is preferred.
  • No history of substance misuse for at least three years prior to employment.

Licenses/Certifications Required:

  • Valid license in the state of practice.
  • DEA registration.

Compensation:

$80.00 - $85.00 per hour
