Responsibilities of a Care Provider at Bonaventure
This role is essential within our healthcare team. As a Care Provider, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care needs (including bathing, dressing, and incontinence care).
- Responding promptly to resident call lights.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to residents, their families, vendors, and external providers.
- Administering prescribed medications.
- Maintaining daily records for residents.
- Entering medication orders into our Medication Administration Record (MAR).
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in the English language.
- CPR Certification (preferred).
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
