**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Crisis Interventionist to join our team at Unique Caring.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

The Crisis Interventionist will be responsible for responding to after-hours calls for crisis interventions, attending treatment team meetings, and weekly staff meetings. They will also participate in pertinent training to stay updated on best practices and industry developments.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to after-hours calls for crisis interventions, providing support and guidance to individuals in need.
  • Attend treatment team meetings and contribute to discussions on case management and intervention strategies.
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings to share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and observe for potential abuse or neglect, taking appropriate action as needed.
  • Assist guardians and families in processing stress and crisis interventions, providing emotional support and guidance.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling).
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a crisis intervention or mental health setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
