Speech Therapy Specialist Opportunity

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in North Carolina. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing essential speech therapy services to students statewide.

Position Overview

As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders remotely. Collaborating closely with students, parents, and educators, you will deliver personalized therapy plans aligned with individual education plans (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement customized therapy interventions to enhance communication skills.
  • Facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions using virtual platforms.
  • Collaborate with school teams and families to support student progress and development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and North Carolina state licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
  • Proficient in using virtual therapy platforms and passing a technical screening.
  • Liability insurance required upon start date.
