Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue and achieving the objectives of the wealth management division. Align team goals with the broader business strategy.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and manage the daily operations of Wealth Advisors. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that promotes growth and high performance.
  • Training and Onboarding: Create and oversee a comprehensive onboarding and training program for new advisors, equipping them with the necessary tools to build strong client relationships.
  • Performance Management: Set individual and team sales targets, holding team members accountable for their performance while providing ongoing coaching and constructive feedback.
  • Client Relationship Management: Assist advisors in cultivating and managing their client portfolios. Develop strategies to attract and retain high-net-worth clients, identifying growth opportunities within existing relationships.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure the delivery of outstanding wealth management services. Oversee the creation of tailored financial plans and investment strategies that align with clients' unique goals.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends to maintain competitive service offerings that meet client needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report on key performance indicators related to advisor effectiveness, client satisfaction, and overall business growth, providing insights to senior leadership.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations, monitoring risk management practices within the team.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage revenue and expense forecasting to meet financial projections.
  • Technology Collaboration: Work with IT teams to implement new technologies and services that enhance advisor efficiency and client service.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in community events and functions to promote the wealth management services offered by CommunityAmerica Credit Union.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in wealth management or financial services.
  • Possession of Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses (or equivalent) along with Life and Health insurance licenses.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities, with a history of developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven sales management experience within the financial services sector, with a strong grasp of wealth management and credit union operations.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive growth and optimize performance.
