- Scale Self-Service BI across the organization and partner with business leaders to create a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- 7+ years of relevant experience required.
- Strategic business thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good experience with developing technology product and project roadmaps that deliver business value in an iterative fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to present analyses, business performance results, and actionable recommendations to business and technical clients.
- Expert in understanding and analyzing data and using it to drive business insights and actions.
- Experience working with data platforms and data engineering teams.
- Experience creating prototypes using tools like Figma.
- Experience with Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Experience in banking or financial institutions with a strong background on supporting business partners.
