We are looking for a skilled Nonprofit Grant Administrator to join our team at Jobot. As a Nonprofit Grant Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity and effectiveness of our grant programs. Your responsibilities will include setting up grants and subgrantees, developing and maintaining grant budgets, and overseeing the financial management of grants.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in grant accounting with a focus on consulting. You will also have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and subcontractors to ensure they understand and comply with grant requirements and guidelines. You will also provide training and support on grant accounting, financial management, and compliance. Your expertise will be essential in performing financial analyses and providing recommendations to clients to help them make informed decisions about their grant programs.

The estimated salary for this position is $42 per hour, based on industry standards and your level of experience. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
