As a Registered Nurse Charge, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care on our 33-bed Medical Surgical unit. With a 5-6 patient ratio, you will have the opportunity to utilize your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serve as a patient-care innovator.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements
  • A current state RN license or a current multistate compact license.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Two or more years of recent RN experience preferred.
  • One year of hospital staff nurse experience required.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification (or) obtained within 90 days after hire date.
  • Current American Heart Association ACLS certification (or) obtained within 90 days after hire date.
  • Current American Heart Association PALS certification (or) obtained within 90 days after hire date.
  • Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date.
