Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Large Enterprise Product Segment to lead our product development and strategy for the large enterprise market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps for the large enterprise market, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and services, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to inform product development and strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product development, product management, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in the large enterprise market.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform product development and strategy.
