Job Description

The Oracle AI services team is seeking a seasoned product manager to play a key role in defining the next generation of AI services for our cloud platform.

You will be responsible for developing a product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plan, working closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements.

As a product leader, you will partner with our engineering, data science, research, UX, field, and marketing teams to build a product that meets customer needs and exceeds their expectations.

A successful candidate will bring a passion for innovative products, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work closely with both customers and internal teams.

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, with experience working with enterprise customers and developers.

Responsibilities
  • Define product strategy and roadmap to deliver a product that meets customer needs.
  • Develop detailed product specifications, features, integrations, and use cases.
  • Lead customer, partner, and sales engagements.
  • Own use case and market vertical-specific collateral and lead sales and partner training.
  • Provide technical guidance for customer and partner teams.
  • Define and analyze key engagement and quality of service metrics.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in program/product management.
  • Experience translating customer needs into innovative and detailed product requirements for customer-facing online products/services.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field, MBA preferred.
  • Experience with AI and understanding of how to apply it to real-world problems is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional ability to negotiate and collaborate across groups to achieve customer success.
  • Customer focus with experience working with enterprise customers and developers.
