Job Description

Humana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Enterprise Solutions and Transformation to join our team. As a key member of our Office of Health Equity and Social Impact, you will play a critical role in executing strategy to build health equity capacity for associates and clinicians across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic thought leadership and lead end-to-end program design and implementation for health equity efforts.
  • Cultivate enterprise relationships to identify and address internal customer business needs.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures that contribute to an equitable healthcare ecosystem.
  • Design and manage implementations of test and learns based on identified opportunities/problems to solve in collaboration with internal business partners.
  • Track outcomes, best practices, and lessons learned based on test and learns in relation to defined health equity metrics and business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, business administration, or other related field.
  • Experience managing high-profile partnerships through authority and influence.
  • Experience growing, nurturing, developing, and coaching to create an environment conducive to engagement, personal growth, and high performance.
  • Experience cross-collaborating with executive leaders and professionals.
  • Ability to promote collaboration among inter-dependent functions as a fundamental tenet of the Humana culture.
  • Experience managing end-to-end processes.
  • Experience with the development, execution, and implementation of strategic plans.
  • Extensive knowledge in adult learning theory, clinical transformation, practice facilitation, and process/quality improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively on an inter-disciplinary team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, including presentations.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in public health, business administration, public administration, or other related field.
  • Authorship of publications in academic journals.
  • Experience applying adult learning theory to create interactive training curriculum, workshops, and learning events.
