About the Role

As our HVAC Installation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC installation team. You will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing schedules, and supporting the team to ensure every job is completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate HVAC Installations: Ensure optimal use of resources and efficient workflow.
  • Communicate with Customers: Confirm installation dates, address questions, and provide updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Inventory and Materials: Order necessary materials for upcoming projects and ensure proper permits are acquired.
  • Work with Technicians: Ensure job readiness and efficient workflow, and oversee quality control during installations.
  • Support the HVAC Manager: Assist with day-to-day operations, team supervision, and task delegation.
  • Provide Technical Support: Answer technical questions, troubleshoot on-site challenges, and assist with onboarding and training new team members.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the installation process and handle escalated customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Record installations, including equipment used, time spent, and any additional services provided.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in HVAC installation, management, or coordination roles.
  • Journeyman License: Journeyman License Required.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle escalations calmly.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with scheduling software, inventory management, and project tracking, and technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and best practices.
