Work With Your Handz: HVAC Installer Job Description

We're seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at Work With Your Handz. As an HVAC Installer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' homes are comfortable and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and air conditioning systems to meet safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage material usage and maintain equipment stock to optimize workflow.
  • Collect payment or payment details from customers for services rendered.
  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
  • Prepare invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
  • Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
  • Experience leading a 2+man crew.
  • EPA Universal Certification is required.
  • NATE/OSHA certification preferred.
  • Exceptional customer communication skills.
  • A team player who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings.
  • An enthusiastic and positive individual eager to embrace challenges.
  • Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
  • Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.
