Network Hardware Support Technician

Network Hardware Support Specialist: Technical Global Solutions is seeking a Network Hardware Support Specialist to join our team in Shelton, Connecticut. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our clients' network hardware, including servers, switches, and routers.
About the Job: As a Network Hardware Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues with their network hardware. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, such as updating firmware and replacing failed components.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in network hardware support environments, including moves, adds, and changes. You should also have a thorough understanding of modern computer network infrastructure, fiber and copper voice and data cabling, and server patching. Good knowledge of Service Now and other process and asset management tools is essential.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
