Site Lead/Working Supervisor

As a company that services clients across various industries, including educational, office buildings, industrial facilities, healthcare, and specialty facilities, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Lead/Working Supervisor to work in one of our client's sites.
Schedule: 6:00AM to 4:30PM, Sunday through Wednesday
Pay: $16.00/Hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
- Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.
- Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
- Responsible for training new employees as directed.
- Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
- Lead and motivate staff at assigned account.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of chemicals and equipment.
- Fluent in English (read, write, communicate), but bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- Able to lift 50lbs independently and ability to bend.
Candidate must have reliable transportation, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and be able to pass a background check.
