Collector and Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Responsibilities- Work on-account balances for portfolios assigned, ensuring timely collection and minimizing delinquencies.
- Research and implement effective collection techniques to maximize recoveries and improve customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients on overdue accounts, providing clear communication and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support AR operations, including reconciliations and cash applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service regarding collection issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive relationships.
- Manage assigned support tickets and resolve them in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, with a strong understanding of collection techniques and procedures.
- Intermediate skills in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Highradius or other similar software, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
- Experience in Workday or other similar HR systems, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on skills, role, and location. We offer a robust benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous PTO plan and paid sick time. We also provide flexible work arrangements, a 401K with profit sharing, and a wellness program.
