- Content Creation Technologies: Familiarity with content creation technologies, such as wikis, social networking, content management systems, and blogs.
- Collaborative Technologies: Expertise in collaborative technologies, including groupware and SharePoint.
- Cloud-Based Knowledge Management: Understanding of Cloud-based knowledge management technologies and concepts related to security, governance, procurement, and administration.
- Data Classification: Applies data classification standards and methodologies based on sensitivity and risk factors.
