IT Leadership Manager

At Safety National, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT leader to join our innovative IT leadership team as a Manager, End User Computing. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless, secure delivery of workplace technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a talented team of engineers to implement, manage, and continuously improve the technologies that keep our workforce connected.
- Oversee software asset management, ensure patching compliance, develop technology roadmaps, and advocate for automation to streamline workflows.
- Implement new security measures, upgrade software systems, and troubleshoot high-priority outages.
- 3+ years of IT leadership experience managing technical teams.
- 8+ years of experience in End User Computing technologies.
- Strong experience leading enterprise IT projects and managing vendor relationships.
- Experience with configuration management, security best practices, and software asset management.
- Knowledge of agile methodology.
- Experience with cloud technologies like Azure and SaaS tools.

The target salary range for this position is $92,000 to $148,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
