About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Memoir Residential, a dynamic multifamily residential properties company. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up the bar with the necessary levels of liquor, juices, syrups, soda, and other essentials.
  • Prepare syrups and items needed for the shift.
  • Ensure the bar, glasses, and cutlery are clean and sanitized.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including espresso-based beverages.
  • Verify the age of guests and ensure they follow our Alcohol Policy at all times.
  • Prepare drink orders according to bar standards and customer preferences.
  • Present the bar bill and process payments.
  • Engage with guests and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Monitor guests for overconsumption of alcohol and take necessary steps.
  • Prepare, plate, and serve simple food items.
  • Maintain public spaces, including the pool, lobby, and food and beverage areas.
  • Secure and store equipment, deposit cash drops, and secure the bank.
Requirements
  • Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday from 3:30pm-11:30pm
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Knowledge of alcohol serving practices and standards
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to exceed guest expectations
  • Detail-oriented
  • TIPS certified or ability to obtain
  • Food Handlers Certified or ability to obtain
