Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Role Summary:
Serve as an on-site Speech Language Pathologist for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting at Soar Autism Center. Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans with other clinical specialties. Develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans with other clinical specialties
- Develop communication interventions, including AAC devices
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans
- Partner with client families to develop goals and build relationships
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
- License to practice speech pathology
- Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams
- Ability to connect and engage with young children

Salary: $82,000 - $105,000 per year
