Role Summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality services to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
Collaborate with occupational therapists, BCBAs, and other clinical specialists to provide coordinated care.
Develop and implement communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication.
Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
License to practice speech pathology.
3+ years of experience in pediatric speech therapy, with a preference for experience working with children with autism.
Ability to connect and engage with young children.
