Soar Autism Center is dedicated to providing life-shaping services to children with autism and their families. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning tailored to each unique child and family.

Key Responsibilities:
As an on-site Speech Language Pathologist, you will serve children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting. You will conduct multidisciplinary assessments, create treatment plans with other clinical specialties, and develop communication interventions, including AAC devices. You will also collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, including co-treatments with the occupational therapy team.

Requirements:
We are seeking a Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program and a license to practice speech pathology. Preference is given to SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but we are open to new SLPs. Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams is a plus. You must be able to connect and engage with young children.

What We Offer:
We provide quality medical, dental, and vision plans, a company 401K with contribution after a year of service, and 11 company holidays plus 15 additional days off. You will have options for 4x10 or 5x8 work schedules and a 'Time for You' program for extra time off when needed. We also offer short-term disability coverage, student loan reimbursement assistance, trainings, and continuing education. Our multidisciplinary collaboration and mission-focused services make us a great place to grow your career.

At Soar Autism Center, we appreciate your hard work and offer opportunities for career advancement. If you are passionate about providing high-quality, ethical services to children with autism, we encourage you to apply.
