About the Role

">

As a Customer Success Advocate (CSA) at Crisis Prevention Institute, you'll be responsible for building strong partnerships with our largest clients. You'll manage the day-to-day oversight of these relationships, develop strategic plans, and work to expand and grow our revenue from these organizations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage partnerships with approximately 8-12 large strategic client accounts
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to drive growth and expansion of these accounts
  • Develop bi-annual strategic account plans, provide monthly reporting and health assessments, and conduct annual business reviews
  • Work closely with customers to document end-to-end training processes
  • Serve as a liaison between our Learning Management System teams and customers
  • Update our Client Relationship Management system and other systems as needed with customer information
  • Perform other duties as required by the role

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three years or more of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role
  • Experience working on large-scale projects and teams
  • Familiarity with Challenger selling methodologies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
