Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate who will represent Bath & Body Works with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding customer needs and guiding them to the best products for themselves and their loved ones. Our associates are essential in delivering outstanding customer service that drives sales growth and fosters a vibrant, energetic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional in-store shopping experiences that delight customers.
  • Develop a loyal customer base through active engagement, identifying needs, recommending products, and collecting customer feedback.
  • Assist in maintaining product availability through effective replenishment practices.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts, including floor set execution and promotional displays.
  • Adhere to company values, policies, and procedures at all times.
