Position: Store Sales Associate

Job Summary:
Accountable for sales activities, customer engagement, transaction processing, and overall store upkeep.

  • Execute sales and customer service responsibilities.
  • Manage cashiering and inventory tasks.
  • Achieve personal sales targets.

Physical Demands:

  • Required to stand for 5-8 hours daily, 3-5 days a week.
  • During busy periods, may need to work extended hours.
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, reach, pull, climb, and lift items weighing between 5-25 lbs regularly.

The job responsibilities may be modified as necessary. Employees may be assigned additional temporary tasks. Compensation for Store Associates starts at $16.75 per hour, with eligibility for a 401k plan.
