Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Sales Associate. In this position, you will represent Bath & Body Works, engaging with customers to understand their needs and guiding them to the ideal products for themselves and their loved ones. Our associates are committed to delivering outstanding and consistent customer experiences that drive sales growth and contribute to a vibrant, energetic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional in-store shopping experiences.
  • Develop a loyal customer base through active engagement, identifying needs, making product suggestions, and collecting customer information for ongoing interaction.
  • Assist in product replenishment efforts to maintain a well-stocked and inviting store.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts, including floor set execution, window displays, and marketing placements as necessary.
  • Uphold our core values, policies, and procedures.
