Job Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate documentation to satisfy client requests.
  • Account Management: Create and manage client accounts, including merchant account creation in Salesforce.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with internal teams, including sales, business development, and other departments as necessary.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and resolve complex issues that arise, while speaking with clients simultaneously.
  • Documentation: Record all work in the CRM management tool, Salesforce, and create descriptive cases for department specialists.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
  • Experience: Previous work experience in a Customer Service role and previous Salesforce experience.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, solution-oriented, self-motivated team player with strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, comprehend complex information, and multi-task to resolve problems.
  • Communication: Strong communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely present information, both verbally and written.
