Warehouse Operations Specialist

Ryder is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Spring Hill, TN. As a Forklift Operator and Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials
- Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers, ensuring all scanning is completed correctly
- Help train dock employees on new procedures and ensure facility security at end of shift
- Investigate and resolve scanning issues and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform picking and packing duties, checking for evidence of product or container damage
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of related warehouse experience required, with one year or more preferred
- Ability to read, do basic mathematics in English, and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Powered industrial truck certification and ability to operate manual and/or automated equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
