Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the Stanford Women on Boards initiative. The successful candidate will provide administrative, technical, and operational support to the program, ensuring seamless execution of events, meetings, and online programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and administer day-to-day activities of the Stanford Women on Boards initiative, including supporting executive team meetings, new member processing, events, and communications.
  • Represent the best interests, standards, and policies of Stanford University as the key contact and subject matter expert on the initiative.
  • Assess current technology needs and recommend improvements, implementing approved changes and training volunteer leaders and members as needed.
  • Collect and analyze data, creating reports and reviewing trends to formulate recommendations for the program.
  • Develop executive-level briefings based on analysis of member data and engagement, sharing insights and identifying trends and discrepancies.
  • Participate in the development of the initiative's budget and monitor expenditures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience coordinating complex programs preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize own work and multitask.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently.
Preferred Requirements
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Zoom, Hivebrite, Google Drives, Airtable, Qualtrics, and Excel.
  • Ability to support volunteers across multiple time zones.
  • Strong track record of organizing and communicating program progress to stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary range of $69,100 to $120,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
