Industrial Sales Professional

We are a leading US-based company with a rich history of innovation and excellence in gear drive and repair solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Representative to drive sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the designated region.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts to boost revenue and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide technical and application support for gearing opportunities.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial gears and gear drives sales or relevant industry experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a designated region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
