Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of accounts, engaging with new prospective customers, and representing the company. This role will be vital to increasing sales, improving margins, and creating loyal and satisfied customers.

The Sales Executive will interface with various internal and external contacts, communicating and collaborating with the global sales team members, pricing, dispatch, and leadership. This position provides the opportunity to learn, build experience, and grow the confidence required for advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism to internal and external customers.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and promote positivity within the workplace.
  • Develop winning pricing strategies using AEG data and customer feedback to support the Sales Team.
  • Identify critical decision-makers to establish business relationships and develop new business opportunities within targeted markets.
  • Engage and optimize customer relationships through cold calling, events, and high-level prospecting.
  • Work with leadership to develop and create strategic plans and processes to grow market share in Fuel and Trip Support.
  • Become an expert at the AEG vision, solutions, and presentation skills across all media platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience focused on the U.S. marketplace, particularly within the jet fuel/aviation space.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Be task and goal-oriented.
  • Have initiative and attention to detail as well as the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
